Refund & Return Policy

At Bandito Fence, we provide high-quality materials and professional-grade solutions. Because our products are often heavy, custom-configured, or fabricated to order, we maintain a strict limited refund policy to keep our prices competitive and our operations efficient.

1. No Returns on Custom or Fabricated Orders

All “Custom Orders,” including but not limited to custom-length panels, gates, specialized hardware, and powder-coated items, are Final Sale. Once production has begun or materials have been cut, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

2. The 15-Day Window

For standard, non-custom stock items, return requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery or pickup date. After 15 days, all sales are considered final.

3. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

To cover the labor of inspection and reintegration into our inventory, all eligible returns are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee.

• Original Shipping: Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to our warehouse. We do not provide return labels or freight pickups.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be returned in “as-new” condition. We will deny a refund if:

• Items show signs of installation (screw holes, scratches, or cement residue).

• Materials have been weathered or stored outdoors.

• The original packaging is destroyed or missing.

5. Claims for Damaged or Missing Items

We take pride in our logistics, but the burden of inspection lies with the customer:

• At Delivery: You must inspect all materials upon arrival. Any damage or shortages must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or delivery receipt.

• Hidden Damage: Claims for damaged goods not noted at delivery must be reported within 48 hours.

• Remedy: At our discretion, Bandito Fence will provide replacement parts or a repair kit. We do not issue full refunds for minor cosmetic damage incurred during transit.

6. Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected (which can take up to 10 business days), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be applied to the original method of payment, minus the 25% restocking fee and original shipping costs.
